All prices have shipping included so you must choose the correct form to get the correct shipping charges: ORDERS FOR DELIVERY
INSIDE THE U.S. or Other Ordering and Payment options: Mail Orders from OUTSIDE THE US or for delivery outside the US, must be accompanied by payment in full via Money order in US funds or Credit card information. Mail Orders from INSIDE THE US for delivery inside the US, must be accompanied by payment in full via Money order in US funds, personal check drawn on a US bank, or Credit card number. To place a mail order print
the appropriate
order form and mark the items you wish to order. Mail the form and
payment
in full to the Al Khamsa business office address at the bottom of the
order
