1. All advertisments in black and white.

2. Ad prices include: full page with up to 4 photos; half-page with up to 2 photos, all others 1 photo. Please use only good quality photos in black and white, color, or transparency. Additional photos beyond the above limits are charged at $15 per photo.

• a.) Horse advertising is limited only to Al Khamsa Arabians, and it is the advertiser’s responsibility to comply. (See Waiver of Responsibility below)
  b.)Horse-related and non-horse advertising is accepted, consistent with the interest of Al Khamsa, its breeders and its supporters.
  
  
• Payment in full MUST accompany each ad in U.S. funds only. In order to keep costs low, we cannot offer billing. Visa or MasterCard credit cards are honored for your advertising costs if you wish.
  
  
• We assume no responsibility for handwritten copy (please type your copy) or copy taken over the phone.
  
  
• Materials are sent at sender’s risk, but all reasonable care will be taken. A self-addressed, stamped envelope must be included for return of photographs and/or material. This enables us to maintain such low advertising rates.
  
  
• Advertising- Use of Photographs: Photographs must be credited; internal signatures are accepted. A signed waiver of responsibility by the advertiser is required for each advertisement (see below).
  
  
• Advertising - Waiver of Liability: a.)While the KHAMSAT takes seriously the correctness of material published and does not intentionally overlook incorrect material submitted in advertisements, the contents of each advertisement are nevertheless the responsibility of the parties furnishing advertising copy for the magazine. b.)Advertisers are solely responsible for any and all costs/damages resulting from the content or effect of an advertisement published in the KHAMSAT. c.)Advertisers are required in writing to waive any and all claims for liability which may arise by virtue of their relationship with Al Khamsa, Inc., and the KHAMSAT.


• Al Khamsa Inc. reserves the right to refuse any advertisment submitted for publivcation for any reason at it's sole discretion. If advertisment is refused, any ad copy and/or payment will be refunded to sender.
